There are not enough adjectives to describe how beautiful Falls Mill is! In my opinion, it’s one of the prettiest falls in the state. The waterfall is not tall, but a wide cascade drop spanning the entire width of the Little Kanawha River in Braxton County. There are several vantage points to shoot this waterfall, including an observation deck above, which makes for nice photos, too. This is also a popular fishing spot, so give the fisherman their space, too!

To get to Falls Mill, drive onto US-19/Route 4 in Braxton just a couple of miles east of Bulltown. Turn onto Pleasant Hill Road (Route 24) and then make a nearly immediate right onto a gravel road. You will easily be able to see Falls Mill at this point. Drive the gravel road for a couple hundred feet, and you will find parking available.
