Arlington Falls is a river-wide waterfall located on the Little Kanawha River just southwest of the town of Arlington in Upshur County. This picturesque waterfall is located behind the historic Fidler’s Mill on the other side of the river from Route 20. The waterfall is approximately 10 feet tall and drops in a couple of beautiful stairs.
There are many fantastic vantage points to shoot this waterfall. Shoot from near the Fidler Mills or hop downstream to the rocks for a river-wide view! This is a playground for anyone who loves waterfalls in the Mountain State!
To get to Arlington Falls, drive onto Route 20 and watch for a turnoff to Heaston Ridge (Route 20/15) just south of the town of Arlington. Once you hop on that road, the Fidler’s Mill, as well as the waterfall will be about a quarter mile on your left. There’s gravel parking for you to leisurely park! Take your time and enjoy this spot!
